Salicylic acid is a keratolytic: it loosens and lifts the thick, crusty flakes from seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, and scalp psoriasis, clearing the way for your treatment to work.
Think of it as the prep step. It descales and calms the itch and flaking, but it doesn't address the Malassezia yeast behind seborrheic dermatitis.
It's also clean: no dye, no fragrance. Less to irritate an already reactive scalp.
Active ingredient Salicylic acid 3% (anti-dandruff, anti-seborrheic dermatitis, anti-psoriasis).

How to use At least twice a week, or as directed by your clinician.
- Wet hair thoroughly.
- Massage a generous amount into the scalp.
- Leave it on for a few minutes.
- Rinse and repeat.
